How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed and dispatched during business days (Monday-Friday). Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be put together and dispatched. We will be happy to work with customers if needing a gift box to be delivered ASAP, so please don't hesitate to contact us.

What will the recipient receive?
The lucky receiver of your chosen gift box will not be sent any receipts or details of pricing. They will receive their gift box, a personalised gift tag with a handwritten message of your choice.  
 
 
Can I send the gift box to myself to gift in person?
Of course! Just enter your shipping address and the gift box will directly be sent to you.  
 
 
How is the gift box packed?
Our gift boxes are packed in a box with shredded paper, wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a sticker. Any liquids or breakables will be wrapped securely in bubble wrap. The gift box will be wrapped with a ribbon and attached with a gift tag (optional) on the exterior of the gift box.  
 
 
Can I include a card with the gift box?
Most certainly! We thoughtfully design our own gift tags so if you’d like to send a gift tag with your gift box, we have various designs available. The gift tag price is included in the cost. We will handwrite the message of your choice on the gift tag, so please don't forget to add your comment before checking out!      
 
 
Where do you deliver?
At the moment we only deliver Australia-wide. We are working on expanding worldwide, stay tuned!
 
 
Can my order be delivered on a specific day?
Please contact us and we will do our best to arrange your special delivery on a specific day. You can contact us by clicking here or message us via Instagram or Facebook.
 
 
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
If you haven’t received your order, please contact us and we will look into this further for you.  
  
 
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address when finalising your order.
